We love the food but we sure do miss the old manager! She was always very curtious to the customers! She always asked about our family when we came in. I feel like the vibe since she left could be more friendly. Other than that everything is wonderful.

Sometimes really good, other times the chicken is so dry it can be considered jerky. The garlic sauce is awesome but the prices are kinda high for what you get. They have rotating special items so if you like one eat as much as you can because limited time is exactly that

Firstly, the patio door was locked from the outside. It was 75 degrees outside. They thought that no one would use the patio since it was December. Next, the food was taking a long time to make, like 20 minutes, when we should have been done by the time we had got it. When we did get the food, one of the staff tells us that they had no peppers or onions for the tropichop bowls, and almost forgot about adding tomatoes. You can't run out of peppers and onions if you have only been open for about an hour! When we got outside, all the tables were dirty, and had to clean off one to eat our food. When my parents started eating their grill master trio, the beef was cold, and they did not get any chimichurri sauce. The food that we did receive was good for a place like this, even though we did not receive some of the food that we ordered.the place was very good, and I would rate it 4.5 out of 5, but now it is a mess. Hopefully this restaurant gets better like it was.

I ordered online my pick up time was 659 I didn’t get my food I didn’t get my food till 735 but it was cold I even asked the girl before she completed it if it would be cold because I saw the kids meal on the back counter for over 20 mins she said noI had to ask for management (nicely) was told the new girl is crying now and I can either have the fastest girl remake my order or get a refund and that ordering online is not good that have a hard time completing online orders. I finally got my food at 745. My drink were all watery because it was because they were still on the back counter and not remade.. but was so ready to go just grabbed them a left. My order online was put in at 644 and I didn’t get my food till 745 got no apology from management and was tried like it was my fault for putting in an online order. I won’t do that again.

Second time we have been to this restaurant, first time to this location, wpb was first experience it was fantastic, which is why we tried it up in Palm Bay where we live, fairly disappointed, restaurant was filthy, every garbage can was overflowing, men's restroom was disgusting and the urinal wouldn't flush, sink faucet is broken, now onto the food, first off Tuesday evening around 7:15, completely out of there name sake chicken and it would be a 15/20 minutes wait, after waiting, definitely wasn't the same thing marinate was different and or rushed, definitely will not be back to this location until someone in management and staff start caring about there job's and what they are sending to customers

I normally really enjoy this place, but I've been having problems with their take-out. They always forget the plantains. They forgot them again today. I got white meat when I asked for dark. The chicken was dried out. The rice was a little mushy. Not up to the usual high quality lately and needs some improvements. I also didn't get utensils.

Don't usually eat here because they used to only have rice and beans and plantains for sides but since my wife loves the food I stopped. I was pleasantly surprised to see mac and cheese also mashed potatoes and gravy. Changed my whole attitude about the place because the chicken was always good. Going back soon.

Food was fresh and tasted good. We had baked chicken and the steak. Was very tasty. They also have a sauce bar that was pretty good. No options for low carb sides other than side salad.

They mess up my order. I order brown rice but recieved white rice. I order whole chicken but got 7 pieces

I initially gave a 2-star review in 2019 because the food quality and restaurant cleanliness at this particular location had gotten progressively worse over the previous few years. But this year (2020) things have improved noticeably.

Their portions were much smaller than other Pollo Tropicals I have been to. I go to Pollo Tropical often but this one had very small potions for the money.Their food is great!

This place has some awesome food, definitely not some place you go if you're looking for a fancy place to eat more of a fast food Vibe but the food is phenomenal, and the price is great they've got lots of different sauces to put on it, all I got to say is I love it and I'm going to be back soon first time there and a fan big time...

Normally I rate 5 stars for this place but... today I went with my parents and we ordered the family meal. We waited for a little bit and then we saw multiple people get their orders after they ordered after us. Then they proceed to give us our order but without the chicken - telling us it was a 45 minute wait. It was ridiculous. Never coming back to this location again.

Tuesday September25,2019, I had the BEST chicken yet, kudos to the young man Emmett who worked the grill. Every piece of chicken was grilled to perfection, seasoned on point. Give that young man some recognition! Also the staff that day were attentive to customers needs,and kept the tables clean, condiments filled. I like seeing my local eateries going above and beyond! Mango Sweet Tea was delicious, plus Military Discount!

Ate there this eve at about 7pm. The food was pretty good, although my pork was a bit dried out. All of our sides and my husband's chicken was fine quality. The salsa bar was a mess and most of them empty. No employee tended to it while we were there. The drink and utensil area was well stocked and clean. The front counter service was excellent. Restroom and dining room could've been a little cleaner, although I realize it was just past a very busy time. Overall, we left happy and full 😀
